[arachne] Reply to All for Insight?

Glenn,

Here's a new feature for insight that I would like to suggest.
I sometimes get emails that are cc'd to several other recipients
and I would like to send my response to all the recipients as well
as the original sender.

Some email clients have a "Reply to all" feature that picks up
all the addresses from the CC field and sends to them as well.
Could that be added to Insight?

Or do you have an easy work around for this situation?
