[arachne] Reminder of Anti-Spam Measures!

Hi List!

Just a friendly reminder that for a while longer any post attempt to this
list by non-subscribed email addresses will be black-holed!  This has
cut down on the amount of spam messages I've had to moderate by
quite a bit.  If you are experiencing difficulties posting messages to 
the list, check your email address and make sure you are using the
exact one you subscibed with.  If you need assistance getting an 
email address updated, let me know and I can manually add or delete
an email address.
Thank you for your gracious understanding in regards to this measure.
