Can't you subscribe to RSS feeds? And don't they update themselves
automagically so you don't have to go get them? Supposedly it's
a convenience for both the website publisher and for the reader.
RSS, doesn't that stand for Real Simple Syndication? I don't know.
I don't use it.
The evolution of the internet has been mostly to think up new and
more complicated ways of doing the same old thing, but with more
control and limitation from the server, so that you are forced to
see things their way.
