There's your problem. There just isn't enough room on a 640x480
screen for everything, so the editing space is the first to go.

You can edit SENDFILE.AH and SENDMAIL.AH to remove the e-dress
section.  Look for the section near the bottom starting with
<!--new buttons/e-dress list tables-->
and comment out from there to the line before </form>
