Michael,
Have you tried one of the drivers included with Arachne?
Look in the subfolder ARACHNE\SYSTEM\PKTDRVRS, one of
the "generic" NIC drivers could possibly work with your
card.  Also, drop by Glenn McCorkle's message board and
leave a message...someone there has probably more info
