I concur with Udo's sentiments in regards to "download".
To best of my knowledge, only ONE current user has expressed
ANY problems with finding downloaded files, and those seem to
be only ZIP files.  I don't use the routines to view zip files, they are
commented out.  But skipping the Save As dialogue page, well,
unless there was something similar at the BEGINNING of a file
download, the user could spend hours searching to find a file
that may or may not have been downloaded!
My 2 cents worth...I know, I know...add another 98 cents and go 
buy a cup of coffee!!
