You sure did not look very closely.
It took me just 5 seconds to find the 'contact' link on
the Adobe front page .... http://www.adobe.com/
Which takes us to.... http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html
Scrolling down that page gives us tons of toll-free customer service
phone numbers for the various Adober products.
Scrollong further on-down the page... we find many snail-mail addresses
and toll-call phone numbers in several different countries.
