His complaint had to do with not being able to find a way to contact
Adobe. Whatever else is on the page is immaterial.

Take a look at the page and you'll see that they are only interested
in the *paying* customers. None of us (with some possible exceptions)
would pay Adobe a nickel. We want free updates for something that
Adobe has considered obsolete for maybe fifteen years. No wonder
nobody takes us Dosasours seriously.

Brian,
Don't you know to look at the bottom of web pages? That's where I found
the "Contact" link which took me to:
http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html
That should be a good starting point for you.

Further to yesterday's discussion of PDF, I decided to take my own good
advice and write to Acrobat asking them to make all their PDF stuff
available for use with the DOS operating system.
Well, I wasted half an hour on the Internet searching for any kind of
address one could contact by postal mail or email, or even one of those
funny little "contact us" screens that enable you to drop off comments
or request information by writing a note to them while you are at their
web site.
But, guess what? Nowhere on the whole damn internet could I find any
kind of address to which you could send either postal mail or email.
I must say that I have not use for any company that makes it impossible
to ask them questions or tell them something by either postal mail or
email.
