[arachne] Observation report on mss setting for WATTCP.CFG for smtp

Hi Folks:

I just recently sent with Arachne a message having a 1MB attachment.

I had to experiment with my mss setting for my WATTCP.CFG file in 
order to send it successfully.

I report my results as follows:

1.  mss=256
    smtp sending halted at 80% on the progress bar.

2.  mss=512 
    smtp sending halted at 25% on the progress bar.

3.  mss=1024
    smtp sending halted at 25% on the progress bar.

4.  mss=128
    smtp sending successful.

Your mileage may vary.
