TO WIZ RE IBM STOCK IN LENOVO: Owning stock in Lenovo would not give IBM
any control over LENOVO assets, including PCDOS. Further, IBM's letter to
me was quite emphatic that LENOVO owned PCDOS and any questions should be
directed to Lenovo.
