Sam,
I've lived long enough to figure out
that life is a series of unexpected experiences.
Some of them traumatic and some of them
ecstatic. The rest of them are just there.
We mostly remember the traumatic and the
ecstatic ones. And it's those experiences,
both those we consciously remember and
those buried in our subconscious, that guide
us on.
