[arachne] No dialing

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Hi List,

For several time I am using 1.89 with Ray's core to test for
modifications dealing with 'bad mails'.

For some reason this version is not dialing anymore giving a notice:
"PPP link is down, driver not installed"

No hard ware fault, this 1.83 Arachne is doing fine.

Where to look for the not installed driver?
