Changed this but still: "Unable to initialize TCP/IP at vector 0x60"

The setup button points to file://setup.htm and this file is NOT present
in your distro.

In 1.93 I had to mention in arachne.cfg:
=======================
IP_Address 192.168.1.65
IP_Grap IP address set to
NameServer 192.168.1.254
AltNameServer 0.0.0.0
Gateway 192.168.1.254
AltGateway 0.0.0.0
Netmask 255.255.255.0
TCPconfig LANTCP.CFG
=====================
Where do I suppose to store these details?
I put them into wattcp.cfg but still no positive results.
