The stupid thing is supposed to 'learn'. The idea is that at first
all msg are considered spam, then you are supposed to forward all
real spams to some engine that then learns to recognize them and
all good messages somewhere else. But it has never worked at is
too much bloody trouble, so I just ignore it, for me the '[SPAM]'
is invisible, but of course not for others. If people remind
me, I'll get into the habit of removing it.
