I think this is your problem:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Leave this line out, since it does not serve a useful purpose. This is
the IP address of your modem, not the one assigned to your machine.
Try
IP_Address BOOTP
instead.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Leave this line out as well.

Same here, this should be the address of the router, not the one
the router uses to talk to the internet. Make this
Gateway 192.168.2.1
instead.

Basically, forget about ALL of the router settings under "Internet" when
configuring Arachne, since Arachne has nothing to do with these; it only
needs to talk to the router, and that is what the "Gateway" settings are
for.
