It is hard to give an URL since it does not seem to be related to
certain web pages but rather to the number and size of the images
Arachne has to load.

I usually encounter it if I visit a web page with lots of large images
for the first time and hit <Ins> to load them all. Sooner or later,
Arachne chokes on one of them and shows something like "waiting for
parallel download to finish -xxxxx of -yyyyy" and then waits
indefinetely for the download to complete. Stopping the download and
trying again usually fixes this, though sometimes it takes two or three
attempts until all images are loaded.

When I encounter this phenomenon the next time, I will save the link and
report it.
