[arachne] Re: Lsppp versions

Hi Cal,
        I downloaded the link in 27 seconds with Arachne 1.61 and a 56k
telephone modem. No idea what version of lsppp.exe is used in 1.61 but I
did not modify it.
The header of the downloaded page is in the attachment.
I was surprised by the high score of Singapore in the list.
