That is correct.

But the password that I thought was correct does not let me in.
And naturally, when trying to recover the correct password, Lynx
does not display the security JPEG.

So I fired up the Win98 computer, sat through the 2 minute POST
and the CMOS error that comes up in about every third startup,
and went through it all again.

That got me a bit further, but the stuff they use is not
compatable with the Win98 browser.

And even their "Contact Us" turns out NOT to be a contact point,
but takes you into an automated help system. I found the section
on "stuck in recovery process" but it apparently uses code that
the Win98 browser can't recognize.

I guess I'll have to try the computers at the library, if I can
manage to book a session...

LATER: the library computer did it for me. And while I was on, I
registered QV, something I have been trying to do for 6 months!

And I have written down my paypal password in a place where only I will
know what it means.....
