Moving emails is actually moving files from one directory to
another, a relatively simple process which can hook into DOS
functions that already exist.
Adding an item to the hotlist requires creating an HTML link to
that item then adding it _within_ the HTML format of the Hotlist
file.
This is a lot more complicated than simply moving files.
