[arachne] HTTP upload

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Would it be hard to add HTTP upload capability to Arachne? Many sites
use an HTML form for uploading image files, etc, to the server; it would
be nice to be able to do this in Arachne.
