You don't need a hard drive to run Arachne. Glenn made (once upon a
time) a version that would run from a floppy, but not from 360k floppy
as there is not enough room. What you need in reality is a 386 with
8 megs, which is the hardware that Michael P wrote it on if you want
to *run* Arachne. She might go for a stroll on a 286, but you couldn't
call it *running*.
