Just as an aside, some of their instructors write VERY good lessons. I'm not conversant with any of the advanced 'paint' programs, never could make sense of "layers" and "groups" etc. Notice the past tense? Just for the hallibut I decided I wanted to take a course in Flash MX (and I found an older copy I could afford) ... and in the first lesson I'm already getting a handle on layers, groups, the tools within Flash MX Pro, etc etc. I believe I will actually be able to USE it (for simple stuff) when I finish this course. And the price is right!!
As an ancient ol' DOS crone, I quietly mutter about how I would have laughed my head off 25 years ago if someone had told me the resources which would be available to me -- and every dweeb who took the effort -- on a free access world-wide network called "The Internet." This ain't your granny's Compuserve ...
