Yep quite correct..... that is exactly the reason why I moved
my entire site away from CisNet and now have it hosted at .....

with my own domain name which is also registered via them.

It looks like surfbest is doing the same as CisNet... namely they are
banning access to their servers when the request is coming from any
of the IP addresses in their 'black list'.
