I have noticed that the image boxes of images attached to emails are
grey/black when the message is first opened. The images can be opened
by right clicking the boxes.

But if I close the message and re-open it later, the boxes are all
red/yellow. They can be restored to grey/black by clearing the cache and
reopening the message.
