[arachne] Re: Driver for Internet under XP

Flo,

You haven't mention how you get your 'net connectivity
via XP ... is it dial-up or is it LAN ... ?

Anyway, if it's LAN, you should (in theory) be able to
do something with Dan Lanciani's "ndis3pkt" shim for NT :
http://www.danlan.com/ndis3nt/README (note, shareware)

If it's dial-up, or in either case, you could also try
the "httpstub" stuff (much slower, I've heard) :

Well, as I've not had time to try either of these (nor
incidentally, the 9X version of "ndis3pkt"), I'll leave it
to you to investigate further and tell us your findings.

Joe.
