There are a couple of DOS programs at Dev's Site of "Interesting DOS
Programs" for downloading pictures from digital cameras. Don't know
about DOS USB drivers.

Google "Interesting DOS Programs", go to the first site and look
under "Applications".

Lot's of cool DOS stuff there.
