That is similar to what I have experienced when I called the support
hotline of a company, I think it was Powerquest. The first question
the technician asked me was "Which operating system do you use?". When
I answered "Caldera DR-DOS 7.03", he said "Ah, yes, the Caldera DOS.",
and then he asked "And which operating system do you use in Windows?".

No comment.
