Certainly I can create new mail folders and move any incoming mail to
them.

But how do I open one of the messages in a mail folder for editing?
There is only the Reply button, which will add ">" characters to each
line of the message.

And how do I move a partially completed reply to the "pending" box?
I see only options for "Send mail NOW", "Save to OUTBOX" and "Cancel"
for dealing with the message after ammending it.

Yes, I know I could go outside Arachne and do it all from DOS, but this
request is for a friend who is not very DOS-competent.
