[arachne] Can't download with 1.87

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Glenn,

Trying out 1.87 I find I can't save downloaded files with Arachne. I
get this error message:

"Warning TZ environment variable not found. Cannot use UTC time."

This flashes by and then I get a text listing of what's inside
the zip file. (I'm using comports.zip from your DL directory as
my test case.)

I get the same message with 1.81, but can download and save 
without problems with 1.75 and with all previous versions.

What's different now?
