[arachne] Can't Access Router's GUI

I have no luck trying to access my router's gui from Arachne:

http://192.168.1.1
also tried
http://192.168.1.100

The user id / password box comes up but then it's just blank screen.

Why on earth do I want to access the router from DOS? I like to 
disconnect the PC from the router when I don't need to be connected, 
eg. when running overnight spyware/antivirus scans, etc. Those scans 
shut off the pc automatically when they are finished. After starting 
the machine again I usually go to DOS first.
