[arachne] COPY OF INSIGHT OBTAINED

Thank you to Glenn and others who put me on the right track for 
downloading the latest version of Insight remotely by Http.  I now know 
that in order to remotely download a file I have to succeed HTTP 
immediately with:, which worked properly for me after the tips from list 
members.

I now wonder to what extent that procedure might be usable to remotely 
obtain other hard to get copies of files, for instance from SIMTEL, 
which ostensibly has many good DOS files for downloading, but has such 
an awkward procedure for downloading that it is almost impossible to do 
so.


And one more question:  I want to replace the old quirky INSIGHT in 
A190j1 with the new INSIGHT because of the old INSIGHT'S rather awkward 
mail handling procedures.  What procedure should I use to accomplish 
that without creating other problems.
