Hi Constant,
I am not aware of any PPPoA driver for DOS, but are you sure that you
need one? If you have got a router, it should handle that for you.
For example, my Netgear 314 DSL router only has a static IP address,
192.168.0.1, which I also use as DNS address.
Since you say that DHCP does not work even though it is enabled, it
might be a problem with your networking card. Try to ping the gateway
address to see if it can be reached.
Also, if you have a router, enter the gateway address 192.168.2.1 as DNS
server address in Arachne.
If DHCP does not work, change my_ip=DHCP to my_ip=192.168.2.102 in
wattcp.cfg, but only if you are sure that it is a static address.
So if DHCP does not work, you settings in Arachne should probably read:
IP Address=192.168.2.102
1st Nameserver=192.168.2.1
1st Gateway=192.168.2.1
Regards,
Udo
