You should get the latest driver for the USB card:

http://www.belkin.com/support/download/downloaddetails.asp?lang_id=1&file_id=2244

Uninstall the current driver, assuming it installed.

Check Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager -> Universal
Serial Bus controllers and remove anything that may be there.

Switch off, unplug, remove the USB card.

Start her up, install the driver. Probably best to reboot.

Switch off, unplug, fit the USB card.

Start her up and with luck and a fair wind the USB card will
be recognized.
