I did much the same, but I had to edit some of the paths. I also have added
an environmental variable in autoexec.bat: set GSC=GS386.EXE , this is
necessary in order to use GS v.705 and saves remebering to load it every time I
invoke it.
v.705 is able to open more recent PDFs than the v.510 that comes with the
APM.
