Ok, but this is not a bug, just a missing feature. It can be added
without too much work. Another unsupported formats are Hicolor
(16-bit, maybe also 15-bit) BMPs (less standard, but can be found),
also quite easy, and RLE (Run Length Encoded, i.e., compressed) BMP;
adding this ones would require more effort, if worth doing.

My quick test says it is not a general problem. Please give some
instructions on how to reproduce it.
BTW, another bug in HDRAWBMP.C has been fixed: 16-color images of
odd width (in pixels) were garbled because the high/low nibble
flag was not reset on every new row.
