Extract it to a temp dir and then copy it over
your original /usr/bin/arachne-svgalib
Some time ago I complained about the tag line saying arachne was for dos and linux. I think I'll asking for it to be changed back here pretty soon. Not yet though. Arachne at FreeLists -- Arachne, The Premier GPL Web Browser/Suite for DOS --
