I havwe a feeling that the DOS version of unzip.exe is still not going to do the job for you. I think that you may need to use WinZip to extract zipslack.zip so that it can re-build the LFNs and the very deeply nested dior stucture. As to FAT16 vs FAT32...... no problem there.
