Note that I did not have a wattcp.cfg file in the directory where I ran
TCPINFO.
There might be a problem with your wattcp.cfg file, so please try again
without it.
If this also fails, it is time to check the two components that you have
blindly trusted so far: Your networking card and its packet driver.
