   It was always well accepted in my own profession (industrial chemistry) that 
a degree of Batchelor of Pharmacy was more demanding, and therefore harder to 
obtain, than a B.Sc. in chemistry.

   And that was back im the '60's, when I was doing chemistry at tertiary level 
in the UK.

   No question, only the best even attempted it.

   And it was widely held that a B.Sc. in medicine was easier to achieve than 
pharmacy.  Professionally, you outrank most GPs.
