[HG-PBEM] Re: [OOC] Friendly advice

I agree with Scott. Sometimes the "addendum posting" gets accessive. It is
a constant problem within my office email as well. I hear, Scott, that you
asking for discretion, not banning. Folks, what Scott is asking is simply
email etiquette.

I would ask that everyone take a little time before sending out their post
(in-game or OCC). If there is anyway they can trim and remove text without
losing the impact of your joke or the conversational placement of your
in-game post, then do it. Sometimes, we are all in a rush to post, but an
extra 30 seconds of proofing and trimming can make the difference. Think
of it as taking the time to use your turning signals in your car. Doesn't
take a lot of time, but it can make the difference when maneuvering
through traffic, reducing stress, reducing accidents, reducing gridlock,
etc..
