In the middle of sewing I had an X Error message come up and of course the
machine stopped. I did like I have before for a Z axis error and hit the
emergancy stop button and then turned it back on. Just for reference this
machine has a new mother board and new Z axis motor. Replaced yesterday. And it
ran fine all yesterday afternoon. Anyway, when I started the machine back up it
didn't move but tried to sew the design in one single spot. And gave me an
error of machine sewing when not at head up. I reset the design did a head up
went fine. Went through all the steppers, trace the design, everything seemed
to move fine. Started the design and again it never moved just kept sewing in
the same spot. Got the same machine sewing when not at head up. Again I tried
to got to the computer and do a head up but my software Amaya OS will not let
me go to the machine. It freezes when I try, I done off/on with the machine,
restarts with the computer, I just can't get the computer to opera
te with the machine in anyway. Was it a problem with the orginal X motor
error. Or something else. Please just don't tell me it's in the mother board
that thing cost entirely to much! Help!
Thanks to all
