[amayausers] Re: tote & towel pricing

For 'retail' pricing, we take the cost of the tote X 3, and stitching  
at $1.50 per 1000 X 2.
We've got some totes in the retail store with unicorns, etc. on them- 
totes were around $4-7 and probably 8,000- 10,000 stitches or so.  
Retails from $15 to $25.
You have to play with pricing depending on the type of tote...some of  
the better quality totes (striped poplin, inside pockets, even a  
zipper) cost LESS than a plain canvas tote. So you mark up according  
to how it 'looks' for value.
For wholesale orders, it depends on quantity, but we get at least  
cost X 2 + $1.50 - $1.25 per thousand for stitches. Then stitch price  
drops for higher quantity.
