I cleaned the rollers and took off all the black covers and cleaned them,
since I did that I don't seem to have the problem anymore. Thanks for your

Iris,
I have had this problem on a machine also. It was the black covers over
the rollers were not in place properly.
Check these as having them slightly up will misalign the thread causing
it to run off the edge of the roller.

Since I changed out the thread rollers for the 1st time (and everything

in the kit), the thread doesn't seem to stay in the right position, it

out from between the rollers. Any suggestions? Seems if I put slight
pressure on the red roller the thread stays in position.
