We just did some dress shirts with a small (about 1" logo) for a business
here. The shirts were 97% cotton and 3% lycra---I was surprised the
stitches distorted a bit on the shirts from all the tests we stitched out.
We actually ended up increasing the density from 100 to 140% before it sewed
well. (That was on the column stitch). Not sure if this is similar to
stretch lycra you are referring to tho.

any good hooping and stablizing methods?? Logo has lettering (small) with a
