[amayausers] some advice needed..

As most of you guys know I am not really a commercial embroiderer...Yet.  But 
lately (2 years) I haven't even been much of a hobbiest either. 
However, I had wanted to change that this year (2004)...to no avail as of 
yet.
Someone told me about the NNEP (I think its the National Network of 
Embroidery Professionals).  I have been considering attending their conference 
in 
Greensboro next week, but, I am a little aprehensive about it and I was 
wondering 
if anybody has been to these types of things.- and offer some advice based on 
their experiences (at these types of events, not whether i should attend this 
one), just basic advice.  I was hoping this would revive the creativity and 
passion for embroidery, but don't really want to come home and think, "I should 
of done this..or that.." (you get the picture)  This email should have probably 
been sent to another group, but you guys are so good to answer, advise and  
have great insight.
