I was experiencing the problem live at the time. I called Melco, but don't know that I was taken seriously. I'll let you know if I positively figure out what's going on. What I have noticed is it seems to happen if the last design I stitch before I shut down is using a slimline. Then it's confused when I start back up the next time.
