[amayausers] sig. file...can someone convert

I had a customer send me a sig. file that I cannot open.
He then imported it into paint and converted it to a jpeg.
Well the quality is horrible, so if someone can convert it to a format that I 
can open with my Corel Draw, I would appreciate it.
