Dear Barbara,
I have a sequin attachment in dry Arizona.  Humidity doesn't affect the device 
anymore than it bothers your machine.  I have never heard that as a problem 
unlike the DTG printers.  We have a very large compressor in the garage that 
has been plumbed into the room with the XTs.  It is noisy so the noise stays in 
the garage.  Lowes and Home Depot sell small compressors that will work.  They 
are about $100.00.  Just make sure that it fits the requirements from the
