Hi Sandra,

My daughter and I ride,  we embroider our Hay bags and horse blankets, their 
pretty thick, but the only saddle pad i know you might could do would be the 
navajo type.  Make sure you tell the customer you would try, but can't be 
responsible if it doesn't work out.  Some of those pads are tightly woven,  
those would probably work, you'll need to use topping though.

  Hi everybody. I have a customer that wants saddle blankets embroidered-YIKES! 
I'm just getting my feet wet, and have only worked on simple things like Tee 
shirts.  Can you do saddle blankets on an Amaya? I would be working with a 
Dakota design and probably adding lettering for names. Any suggestions on 
material thickness setting, type needle, lettering size, etc.?  How the heck 
would you hoop the blanket?  I'm concerned that it would be too thick to fit in 
my hoops.
