We were able to get the jacket out (without damage), but the needle and presserfoot are down. So, OK, I know how to do this --- Maintenance, Hook timing, Head Up. The presser foot and needle came up then went down again and I got the error message. Nothing works now, including the big red emergency stop. I have written down the stitch number and co-ordinances so I know where to start again. But what do I do to get out of trouble? Hoop area is clear. And we were doing so well!!!
